Temp-Tracker Controllers

The Temp Tracker 2- and 4-stage controllers are designed to sequence multiple units, up to 4 total stages, whether it's one to four on/off boilers, two 2-stage boilers, or one boiler with up to four stages. It is available factory-mounted or loose on Hi Delta models, loose for Delta Limited models, and available loose on staged Raytherm models. This control can be used for space heating and hot water supply with 8 applications-specific modes to meet various applications, including outdoor reset for heating applications. It monitors and displays inlet and outlet temperatures on all applications as well as monitoring outdoor ait temperature when an outdoor reset application is utilized.

Temp-Tracker Mod+ Hybrid Controller

With the introduction of the MVB product line, Raypak offered a robust controller to support multiple boilers or multiple water heaters without sacrificing any of the reliability for which we are known. We didn't stop there, we introduced the Hybrid logic as well. The result is a patented system whereby a single controller can bring on a condensing boiler first when the water is cold enough to take advantage of the higher efficiency of a condensing boiler. This maximizes system efficiency at the lowest operating cost while maintaining comfort and protecting the non-condensing boilers, and still keeps lead/lag positions straight within each boiler group. Not satisfied with that, we've extended the line further, adding even more functions with plug-in modules.

B-39 4-20 mA Remote Setpoint Module

This interface module provides the Temp-Tracker Mod+ Hybrid controller with the capability of receiving an external 4-20 mA signal as a setpoint override signal. Now your Buiilding management system (BMS) can control the controller. One per controller.		  

B-60 Staged Interface Module

The Hybrid controller uses a 0-10VDC modulating signal to control the firing rate of the units it handles. With this module, that same modulating signal is converted into stage closure, allowing the modulating controller to control Hi Delta staged units. One B-60 board mounts inside the J-box of each Hi Delta.		  

B-62 BACnet MS/TP Interface Module

This module provides full BACnet communications with the Building Management System.

On these sizes, it is available factory-mounted only.
