The product registration process is quick and easy to complete. To take advantage of our extended warranty follow these steps:
1) Have your pool or spa heater professionally installed 2) Register your product with proof of installation at Raypak.com
MasterTek, Raypak’s online warranty claim system will streamline and improve efficiency for warranty claims.
Mobility. Allowing the tech in the field to collect data for the warranty service call.
Preloaded drop down menu options to minimize data input and improve accuracy.
Replacement parts drop down menu options are specific to the model.
Helps plan your day by giving the estimated time needed for each service call.
The system will prompt to return damaged parts when necessary. Shipping labels and return documents can be printed through MasterTek.
PDF copies of the completed service claim will be emailed to the servicer, Raypak’s service department, and Raypak sales-rep.
Servicer will have online access to view a history of their warranty claims and can track any open claims as they are being processed.
Warranties are effective for products installed on or after June 17, 2019.
